"Handy cans with clean up baggies provided ever so often along the sidewalks. Owners are considerate of one another. Quite a few open spaces to play ball with your dog. "

"This is one of the most comfortable areas I've ever lived in. The green belt is wonderful for walking dogs or kids. It is a quiet, low or no crime area. The neighbors are always willing to help and all are friendly. "
