"These apartments/neighborhoods have rodents… mice, roaches and bed bugs.. house looks nothing like pictures, the homeless people in the neighborhood sneak in the apartment and even one lived in the basement. They sneak in to stay warm or be comfortable. The people have poor hygiene and u hear stuff in the walls through the night. "

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCaring, hard-working, knowledgable, experienced and friendly staff. Inviting and close knit community makes Allen-Field a great choice. There is a Bilingual program, a gifted and talented program, and offers a variety of opportunities for children through their Playworks, Arts at Large, Music and Art program, and through their community partnerships such as Milwaukee Ballet, Skylight Theatre, and Rotary Club.Other Review7y ago - Forest Home Avenue School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageEven though we don't live in the MPS school district, we are one of many parents who commute to Forest Home daily to ensure that our children get an above-standard bilingual education. It is very unfortunate that the state does not include bilingual classrooms scores in all areas and all grades as this does not allow for a full picture of what the school is achieving and has to offer. The bilingual teachers are spectacular. They are engaging with the students and the families. They are tuned into the needs of each individual child and tailor their styles to ensure that each child succeeds. They are communicative with the parents which allows for teamwork in getting the results we all want - student success in all areas... academics, social, etc.Parent Review6y ago - St. Martini Lutheran School
