"We have a lot of neighbors that walk there dogs with no leash. I would not recommend this neighborhood."

"Not sure. I do not have children. I have great neighbors. Oak Leaf Trail Path is mowed, and slightly manicured, but it is never picked up after by the City. No garbage cans are placed anywhere, so trash is everywhere in a beautiful (not safe) space"

"most people walk dods on a leash. I cant say that the dogs messes are cleaned up by the owners. theres a local park. where people seem to walk their dogs."
