Could never get in touch with anyone in charge after emails, phone messages, coming in to the school and requesting the principal and then having to leave messages at the front desk after no one was available. No order or organization at pick up, lack of regards for parents. Each time I visited the school I witnessed a lot of screen time, movies playing in multiple rooms or tablet time. I didn’t see any evidence of learning. There was no support system or tolerance for my 4 year old kindergartener. The teachers were not communicating when issues arised. Someone at the school went as far as to contact my child’s emergency contact and have them picked up from school without either parents knowledge or consent and lied and said they couldn’t reach us when they had never even called and when I confronted this person about it she became irate and argumentative. They told me that everyday my 4 year old managed to leave the classroom sometimes unnoticed and because they were short staff he could not stay at school, how this could keep happening in a classroom with 2 teachers watching over them is just irresponsible. 10 days out of the 21 day school month he was home because they were short staffed and could not support a 4 year old wandering from the classroom the last straw was a teacher told us that he couldn’t attend school the following day so when we asked for written a suspension slip she told us they wouldn’t provide one because it was a verbal discipline? When I disenrolled my son and asked for an official letter from the school that states he is no longer enrolled there they sent me a last date of attendance letter and was confused why that wasn’t enough. This school does not care about your kids, they just want the money from the choice program. They have their google reviews turned off because they don’t want people the know the truth. They are the topic of multiple post on Facebook with parents sharing their horrible experiences with the school, bullying, no communication, bussing conflicts, rude teachers, etc. Please do thorough research before sending your kids here, maybe a different campus but bot Fidelis.
