"I use to live around there for years from 1976 2015. I grew up & raised some kids & made really good friends who consider as my real family. "

"This isn't a safe neighborhood for children, I do not have any small children but I wouldn't like to live in this neighborhood with them."

"It’s not really safe outside for kids to play. It’s best if the parents are outside with the children. "

"Literally none unless you have a gated back yard. This area is progressively getting worst. You can’t stop and get gas at night. Your kids can’t walk alone in the neighborhood even to and from bus stop. It’s sad"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for six years and notice people take care of their homes and yards. My neighbors are friendly and will wave or if time allows stop to talk a minute. "

"Most people own them in this neighborhood. They are in a fenced yard, not allowed to roam the neighborhood and bother people or other neighbors with dogs. "

"We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we love it! Our neighbors are friendly, family oriented type folks who made us feel welcome as soon as we pulled in to our new home. The neighbors look out for each other. There is a little bit of heavy traffic coming from silver springs drive, and to be honest a small amount of riff raff has been seen poking around, but our neighborhood is very diligent about keeping an eye out for trouble. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a current student at Atonement Lutheran School, I feel disappointed in how bullying is handled here. The way staff responds often makes it worse. Students who speak up don’t feel supported, and the same problems keep happening over and over. Some of the bullying is even ignored by teachers but they would turn their heads at bad behavior such as talking, unneat uniform, and etc. I am not saying that teachers ignore this constantly but they handle this very poorly. Gossiping about others is the main problem there and I suggest discipline is the only way to work things out, and what I mean about that is that the students should clean the desks or sweep the floors so when students get informed about this new rule, their less likely to make these kind of mistakes. I also suggest Teachers should be cautious during recess because those big groups of girls/boys doesn't seem so friendly as it may be seen. I have also seen bad behavior in classrooms and teachers just let the student off with a warning which makes that student more likely to cause a scene like throwing stuff and teasing another classmate. Atonement should be more strict about their rules, this is a Christian school, not a free roaming place where you could do whatever you want.Student Review4mo ago8 Reviews - Daughters of the Father Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is excellent. If I would have listen to all the horrible reviews that had been posted about this school than I would have missed out. I had to go see for myself and I am glad that I followed my mind and heart. The teachers there are compassion and they take pride in their teaching methods. The Mission Statement stated that they will meet a child where they are at and take them to where they need to be, My GOD, what a true statement. Everybody experience is different, so I just advise the reviewers to go see for yourself and I guarantee that you will experience something greater and positive.Other Review11y ago9 Reviews - Kathryn T.
