"Not many elementary or middle schools around. Will need to commute to get to popular shopping centers. Gas prices are higher. "

"Lots of other dogs here haha :) Most are friendly but it's better to keep your dog on a leash just in case. 99% of people with dogs here have trained them well it's just the sight of a big dog that might scare someone haha! But all dogs here are friendly i love them :)"

"Nice area. There is very little crime and kids are pretty safe playing in the street as long as it’s not a major road."

"Seems safe overall but I wouldn’t raise my family here in this particular part of Vancouver. It does not feel as open minded as I would want "

"We are a new family to the area and so far it seems family friendly. Schools seem low rated but we will find out in a few weeks."

"Overall it's a well rounded area to live in. People are friendly when you're walking about the area. A little loud in the mornings on school days, but keeping your window shut helps."

"Between the dump and a compost farm. if it weren't for all the stupid free range children it would truly be paradise. "

"We been here for only 6 month. Is to expensive, houses with 1,000 SF with a cost of $1550 a month it doesn’t make sense. Just two years and I’m out. "

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have 3 children in this facility. Our experiences have varied drastly from teacher to teacher. Some are amazing, and others are horrible. The is a significant amount of turnover but the dedication of some of the teachers really shows. If your child is lucky enough to have those teachers they will be well cared for and learn a lot. If not, good luck! I love that they allow the kids to play outside several times per day. They are encouraged to bring cold weather clothes or clothes suitable for light rain. There are extra classes they can take but I've never heard of ANY childcare organizing providing that type of learning structure inside a classroom. It is more individualized and very small groups and far more in-depth than what they teach in classrooms. It is very "corporate" and I don't believe they treat their employees very well (at any Kindercare). For what you pay to this company you could probably do much better elsewhere. We have hired a full time Nanny and will be saving money - who would have thought.Parent Review12y ago2 Reviews
