my grandchildren, grades one and two, read far better than their cousin in tthird grade in a school is Issaquah, WA. their word attack skills are far better than hers, and they read with emphasis and confidence. As a grandparent, I see the progress they are making and am very pleased with tthe reading and writing programs at Valley School. Keep up the good work. I'm impressed.

I was extremely confused by the comments left here. My kids have been using CVA for over 12 years now. We have had the best experience here with an all book option for Elementary ages. This is a great way to feel independent as a homeschooler but the support of curriculum paid for.
