    "South hill is a very pleasant area to raise your family but the closer you are to downtown the worse it is. It is better to be up on the hill and the closer you are to Graham the better. "

    "In the 55+ community small dogs are allowed and it is gated, no fast cars, lights and safe to walk your dog. Everyone picks up after their dogs. "
