"Having lived in Woodbine for 63 years,I watched the city grow up around a rural area once known as Pricess Anne County. Woodbine has remained geographically intact due to its location,the Elizabeth River and the boundaries established by Military Highway serving transit between outlying areas and the Navy Base as well as I 264. People know and help each other, strangers are easily spotted and no one feels vulnerable outside. There is only one ingress/egress for the community although there are multiple subdivisions within the original community, with one other pending. Youwill make the right choice in a home when you invest here."
