"Great quiet neighborhood that’s centrally located. Easy to get to the bases. Military mall is getting torn down and a great development with food, shopping, grocery, and parks is being put in. The city is also putting a lot of money into the drainage system to accommodate that development. So it will be one of the driest neighborhoods in Norfolk. "

"It’s a quiet neighborhood. You get the small town feel while being in a centrally located area. Easy access to pretty much anything you could need. Quick access to major freeways and about equidistant to all of the bases around here. A great area that’s often over looked. You definitely get bang for your buck here. "
