"I'm not really sure what dog owners look for. but there are a lot of neighbors with dogs. so I assume you can plan playdate with them and walk the dogs in the area in peace."

"This is a great neighborhood. Quiet streets lined with flowering crepe myrtles. Dog park down by the water, children's playground. Loved it there. The neighborhood goes all-out for Halloween. Beautiful homes that aren't cookie cutter and all different sizes so great for singles to families. Everyone keeps their homes in great shape. The Winona Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. The neighborhood also had great access to I64 one way on Tidewater and I264 the other way on Tidewater -which will also take to straight to the Norfolk Tides Stadium and downtown Norfolk. Then take LaFayette a couple miles and you're in Ghent. "
