"quiet sometimes clean and friendly neighbors...but there has been a few crimes that took place in this neighborhood. but I wouldn't single this neighborhood out because there is a few streets that's part of the neighborhood are very quiet and nice to live"

"It's a nice area to walk dogs around in the day time. There are about 3 parks around us, one within 5 minutes and the others you can bike or drive to easily. Walking around at night might be tricky because there are lights but the sidewalks aren't well lit or paved and people drive faster at night. I would advise you wore bright colors or light up vests for you and your furry friend. "
