5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter had a hard time at this school we addressed a few times bullying situations that involved classmates bullying my child. We were met with no compassion or any understanding of the sensitivity of the situation. It was just dismissed from administration. My child felt like it was their fault and the bullying continued into the next school year. My child loves learning, but felt like their was no where they could turn to when the situation of bullying happened again and again. My child did not feel safe anymore at this school and their self confidence diminished. I could not let this go on anymore as a parent and saw that we had no support from the school at all! We pulled our child out of this school and put our child into another school in the district that took bullying seriously and my child I felt was just not a number on their roaster. My child is happy at this new school and is thriving. But the number one thing that my child feels at this new school is that they feel supported and safe! I am grateful that we found this other school. Because of the lack of support from the other school my child was full of anxiety and fear of being bullied every day at the previous school and didn't want to continue attending the previous school. I didn't know what was causing this until it was too late! The teachers are awesome and have little help. The ratio is 1 teacher to 24 students with no assistance with a helper in class. The new school has a helper in each class so there so much support and 4 counselorsParent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Panorama School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love Panorama Elementary! The teachers, secretaries and principal really care about my kids. I feel like I can talk to any of the staff about any problem or question I have. Having the school nearby is also a bonus. I love being able to participate in my children's classroom and outside activities as well.Parent Review10y ago1 Reviews - Riverside School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAdvantages of Valor Hall for the parent of a gifted child 1) Flexibility for gifted children. The teachers will move your gifted child, if he/she is ready, to the higher grade level for math/reading 2) Committed parents. The parent-teacher organization is very active with close dialogue between the admin, teachers, and parents 3) Spiritual/character education. The weekly virtue and daily devotional supports our values but is accepting of the diverse belief backgrounds of the student body. 4) Small class sizes. 5) After-school program for K-4 and kindergarten. One pickup time, if you also have a grade schooler 6) 3-day weekends. School is M-Th. This means every weekend is a 3-day weekend. The availability of all-day Fri makes after school music/art/sports easier. 7) Ski club. Cheap lift tickets/lessons and transportation to/from Brian Head through VH 8) Affordability. Coming from where private K-12 could cost as much as 5 digits yearly, we found VH to be an outstanding value. 9) Access. GWA=Got Waitlisted Again 10) Extracurricular activities. There is a very active Cub Scout pack and guitar lessons on campus on Fridays. 11) Academic summer camp is available. Our kids are love VH!Parent Review13y ago8 Reviews
