    "Well kept and modern single family and townhomes in gated community. HOA maintains all outside landscaping and structural insurance - subdivision is always in top condition. Great community feeling with friendly neighbors who care about the neighborhood. Pet Friendly walking paths and community parks throughout the community. Two swimming pools and spas, clubhouse.
