"This is a family-friendly and quiet neighborhood, I know because our family used to live in this quaint little subdivision. There's an HOA which is very professional and they also host an annual block party for the subdivision. On a warm, sunny day you can often find children riding their bikes and people tending to their flowers out front! By the way, this particular house is immaculate. The owners were very clean and meticulous in the upkeep. "
