"Lots of folks have animals of all sizes and walk their dogs regularly. Everyone does poo duty after their pets. It’s a real community of neighbors who enjoy sharing their love of animals."

"There is always traffic around 1604 and I-10. Even on weekends. It really backs up on the way to and back from work. "

"Varies depending on time of day to leave the house and return. Commuting from downtown varies between 30 min to 50+"

"Decent dog park, but speeding traffic nearby would warrant anyone from taking the leash off, even within a complex"

"I love my neighborhood. it's really safe, convenient, and clean. Traffic can get bad but there's bad 8 and 5 o'clock traffic everywhere so you kinda learn to live with it. Otherwise great and safe neighborhood."

"Dog owners would like the dog parks in the neighborhood. They have stand off parks and most apartment complexes in the area have them."

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSince enrolling my son at this campus from a private school his academic performance has significantly decreased which is no surprise seeing this schools widespread poor academic performance scores compared to other schools in the area. His teacher makes absolutely no effort to motivate or make lessons engaging to more gifted students, he also turns a blind eye to the pervasive bullying going on in his class. Also despite the new law House Bill 3 passed on September 2023 requiring Texas schools to have an armed security officer at every campus during the school day there is still NO full time officer on campus to ensure children's safety!!Parent Review2y ago69 Reviews - Hardy Oak Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageEvery teacher my children have had from pre-K up have been phenomenal. The communication at the school is absolutely top-notch. As a former teacher myself, I have never seen a school that does so much for both their students and their teachers. It is truly a fun and welcoming place for all. My oldest child moved mid year since we are an active duty, military family, and was welcomed so warmly. We adore the staff and teachers here.Parent Review6mo ago17 Reviews - Canyon Ridge Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been attending Canyon Ridge for the past 5 years. My daughter was identified as dyslexic in her second grade year. The school was fast to identify and put the measures needed to assist her in reaching her full potential. Her test scores improved as well as her confidence. From Admin to the Teachers to the staff, everyone strives to make Canyon Ridge the best school for learning and inclusion.Parent Review11mo ago11 Reviews - Buckner Fanning School at Mission Springs
