"There are a lot of other owners that have dogs so when your walking your dog around the neighborhood some of them can be a little yappy. "

"Quiet neighborhood, good schools, safe, well maintained, neighbor garage sales in April and October each year "

"Great neighborhood for walkers, runners, and bikers. It is well-kept by the home owners association and residents. Families with school-aged children will enjoy the easy access to the schools, which are within walking distance and have exemplary ratings in the Northeast Independent School District. The yard is nicely landscaped and the large backyard and expanded patio allow for great backyard barbecues."
