"roads are horrible. people don't take care of theirs property...ie. trash, lawns. Drivers speed in neighborhood often. Have never burglarized though, so that is good"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood 22 years The street I live on and many closeby have have been quiet streets in that time, highway access is very convenient and closeby . Downtown and City college only 2 miles away, woodlawn park as well as popular areas of activities conviniently easy to get to. Happy to see area being rejuvinated, houses are being flipped, and city investment in infrastructure has been consistent. I spent final years as a teen here and In light of renewed interestvand investment in area look forward to seeing my kids grow up here."

"Very quiet neighborhood being only 2 streets . Neighbors look after each other and very friendly! I live on Flowing Spring and no street noise or traffic , I feel safe with my kids outside on their bikes playing. Lived here many many years, never an issue."
