    "this neighborhood is better for older couples and their small pets. the children play in street and drivers are cautious. the is a duck pond within walking distance. for three years living here no trick or treaters here, but, then again COVID 19. "

    "The duck pond makes it pretty unique. I think it’s location close to many stores and Sea World. I also like that there’s several entrances into the neighborhood. All different priced homes in the neighborhood also make it very unique. "
