    "If you buy a home here you have to pay the park 10 bucks a month extra for the land rental. That’s a rip off. Why do tenants have to pay that. I say it is a money grab Trailers are a RIP OFF.... I pay almost 700 a month for the trailer lot rent here...... Money down the drain. I could be buying big land for what I fork out here.... But I chose to. So.... al. I can do is warn others.... "
