What Locals Say about Brookfield Estates

  • "Lived here for several years, it's gotten built up a bit outside the neighborhood but everything is conveniently nearby... taco counter, gas stations, HEB, and major freeways. Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood, fairly quiet, my neighbors are friendly. Quite a bit of holiday spirit with decorations and contests. Nice neighborhood pool and playground, also close to the frisbee golf park. "
  • Trulia User
"The area is getting built up rather quickly so there will be additional traffic on the main roads soon"
  • Trulia User
"Dog park near by disk golf near by people walking jogging alot people outside working in their yards or talking. We take our cat outside in a animal stroller frequently to get fresh air and to see the sites"
  • "A lot of teens get into trouble and steal things here. We have spent hundreds of dollars on security cameras. Occasionally gunshot sounds are reported as well. I would not say it's dangerous, just annoying to deal with. Neighbors are not very friendly. We look forward to moving out of here and raising our kids in a different community. "
  • L_green48
"We’ve lived here for two years, and we like the neighborhood fairly well. The pool is beautiful, the houses are affordable, and it is so nice to be so close to Austin, and yet not downtown. My biggest complaint is that neighbors who rent near us are typically loud and unconcerned with how late it is. "
  • L_green48
"There are a fair number of renters as well as owners, but the renters seems to have a bit less respect for theirs and the property around them. There are several children in the area to play with, and the parks on Tudor House are well used. The community pool is large and very fun for even young children."
  • "Has a community playground that easily accessible as well as the neighborhood pool. There is also a community park, walking trail and dog park nearby."
