As a parent, my experience with this school has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism we expected simply were not there.The administration was very unresponsive to emails and calls, especially when we needed assistance with important matters. At the same time, the school frequently sent out fundraising requests and promotional posts asking parents for financial support, which felt frustrating given the lack of responsiveness when parents needed help.In addition, the overall environment felt discouraging and poorly managed. At times, interactions with the administration came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which made it difficult to resolve even basic issues. As parents, we expect schools to communicate respectfully and support students and families, but that was not our experience.

I would like to share my concern regarding my child’s kindergarten teacher. I have noticed that the teacher reduces points because the children are not able to write cursive words perfectly. At this age, the children are still developing their fine motor skills, and it is very difficult for them to master cursive writing. Expecting perfect cursive from kindergarten students feels unrealistic and discouraging.In addition, there are no clear instructions provided on the paper. The worksheet has a space for the name, but not for the date. However, points are still deducted if the children do not write the date. This feels unfair, as the paper itself does not provide a section for the date, and the children are not reminded or guided to include it.Another concern is that the teacher does not communicate with parents effectively and does not respond in a timely manner when we reach out with questions or concerns. Communication between teachers and parents is very important, especially at this early stage of a child’s education, and the lack of response makes it harder for us to support our children.I kindly ask the school to reconsider this grading approach and encourage better communication with parents so that young learners are supported in their progress, rather than penalized for skills and details that may be developmentally advanced or unclear for their age.
