"the people around here are kind and friendly, the area is clean and well maintained as well .. "

"We have a block party every summer and each neighbor brings a dish or two and my husband cooks the meat on our smoker. Kids & adults plays games, we have music, and canopies to sit under. We know ALL of our neighbors on a first name basis, & help each other with repairs, etc. I have keys to my neighbor’s house in case of emergency or a trip."

"None. This neighborhood is standoffish and people don’t talk to each other or interact with each other. Some neighbors are huge partners and annoy neighbors "
  • Bryansauceda34
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and really enjoy it. It's quiet and everyone is very friendly. The park is right around the corner and has an excellent walking trail."

"It’s very confusing to find streets and addresses. Streets and avenues are in two and sometimes three different places. It goes one way and you’ll find it going another way. Like I said very confusing "
