    "I love the area! Very safe! The neighbors are long time residents. It's situated 10 minutes to anywhere and about 5 minutes to TTU. Close to Atkins Elementary and three blocks from a nice park with a pond. Two blocks from a Supermarket, and several fast food restaurants. Very quiet and secure. "

    "It’s not very safe to walk dogs. I’ve been almost attacked by stray dogs several times while walking my pets!"

    "Neighborhood is getting better. Has had some trouble in the past but over all good people around the neighborhood and friendly. City of Lubbock needs to spend some money in the area and it would be great, but they most likely won’t. "
