"At the moment there are no traditions each individual subdivision has their own events. Most events come from the local Elementary, Intermediate, Middle, and High Schools. The events are Fall and Winter carnivals, Health and Back to School Fairs, etc."

"We stand together to make our neighborhood and each other better. We help each other as need helping and we support each other as we see fit. This is a reason as to why I personally like Alief as a community and I am proud of future generations growing up. "

"There are none. It's the hood, no one does good things in the hood. The basketball hoops are down, the tennis court is closed down without nets. There are no speed limit signs or children at play so slow down signs. it's ridiculous, gun shots are the norm. "
