    "there are alot of families here with children. there are parks close by and great schools to attend."

    "I haven't been in this state, city, or area very long at all but so far townewest has a good community feel a nice pool that all of the kids in the neighborhood swim at. I see children riding bikes and see them playing in fenced in back yards. My kids are grown and I raised them in the rural community in Virginia so this is very different Everybody seems to be very nice so far it's a very uniform and orderly place to live"

    "Is still a pretty good neighborhood to live... I have moved to Florida and love it. But I would say that Sugar Land it is still a pretty good family oriented area for those who are looking for a new place to live."
