Avoid sending your daughters to this school. although they have some few good teachers that respect their students (physics, English language, Spanish) there are way more teachers that are just unnecessarily rude to their students. The English teacher for seniors spends more time gloating about how smart she thinks she is and how much she knows about Shakespeare than she does actually teaching and is constantly humiliating girls when they're a few minutes late to class by turning to the class and asking who else crosses the boarder every morning. Another example is one of the theology spends WAY too much time complaining about the homework that she chooses to assign like it's a burden. The guidance counselors can't do their job either. And overall the "sisterhood" they pride themselves in is just a façade. They make events that make it nearly impossible for girls from Juarez to accommodate to. Some girls even go out of their way to bully girls that don't follow Catholicism.

I am a current student at Radford School. Radford School is a small private school. It has very nice teachers but, most of them are above the age of 70, plus not very qualified/good teachers. Most of the highschool students take multiple classes online which have to connection to the professors and most don't need to put alot of effort. I would only recommend this school for students that are going to pre-k , elementary, and 6th grade. For highschool, I don't think its worth the money. There are only a few teachers that actually teach well, alot of the others is just faking it till you make it. For all the hype, I expected that the school be very nice and clean. The staff are working very hard, but the school is stuck on tradition and keeping the building how it was 100 years ago. The same carpets, same windows, same walls, and we just barely got new working bathrooms and water fountains. The good experiences are the lunch and the people you meet, which can change based on the type of student you are. The school is pretty strict, with uniform requirements. You have to wear Radford jackets and sweaters even during the cold season. The school is okay, not the best, maybe for elementary sure.
