NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen my child attended the teachers at this facility were great. My child enjoyed attending however there is a huge lack of communication when it comes to them keeping you updated on things. Important things are NEVER relayed unless by chance you happen to see the teacher and ask. The director does not allow teachers and parents to communicate she likes everything to go through her which is a bit weird to me. The director is also never 100% truthful when askedParent Review2y ago19 Reviews - Brook Hollow Christian Academy

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at this school was frustrating due to ongoing issues with administration. Leadership often came across as unprofessional and unsupportive, with little guidance or follow-through when staff needed assistance. Communication was inconsistent, and expectations were frequently unclear, which made it difficult to stay organized and effectively meet teachers', students’ and parents' needs. There was also a noticeable culture of gossip among staff and administration, which negatively impacted morale and created an uncomfortable work environment. Instead of promoting collaboration and trust, it often felt divisive and unproductive. Many of the items gossiped about could have only come from admin.Additionally, the school as a whole lacked organization. Processes cam be uncleareading to confusion and inefficiency on a regular basis.Overall, the school would benefit from stronger, more supportive leadership, improved communication, and a more professional, structured environment.Teacher Review1mo ago5 Reviews - Uplift Gradus Preparatory
