"I have lived in this area for 10 years and they’re pretty good It’s safe to go out for walks they take pride in things however it sometimes feels like the neighborhood is a puzzle but every town has their quirks"
  • Kayy T.
"635 is horrible going west bound in the mornings & east bound in the evenings. I’m only living in Balch Springs temporarily. I prefer north Dallas to be closer to the things I prefer to do. The neighborhood I’m staying in has nice neighbors, it’s just noisy at times with loud music. The walls are super thin making it hard to sleep. "

"A lot of families with kids. Unfortunately there’s so many section 8 housing (government assistance homes) that comes with bad or loud tenants. When you’re not paying for Something it’s easy to be careless. Other than that, that actual homeowners in the neighborhood are quiet, and friendly "
  • Shatinamonique
"there's pets every where. a huge field next to the recreation center. my dog plays there regularly. there are no side walks on Shepherd lane so you have to be careful"
  • eve b
