"Trick or treating is a hoot! It’s safe besides people from other parts coming to steal from our porch! Otherwise, everyone is friendly and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! "

"Other dogs always seem friendly but there’s no small dog park or anything like that. Sometimes people give you a hard time when walking your dog "

"No city of austin taxes because we are not annexed. We have huge trees, large lots. We are close to two major highways, but you feel like you are in the country. The schools are amazing. "

"What’s not to like. The neighborhood is great and the people are very considerate. Some dogs do tend to not be able to stop barking but they think they’re just doing their job as dogs "

"There are many people with dogs in the area so no one makes a fuss about barking. People often walk their dogs and the Springwoods Park is great to take on leash walks too."

"It’s not like other neighborhoods so I would imagine that’s why it is unique . There is food near by, also there are plenty of stores near by. The office staff is not very helpful however, it takes a long time for requests to be addressed "

"You may never discover this residential country type area unless you happen to drive by it. Unpretentious and elegant homes, with large lots no longer found. Excellent schools and other amenities. Only 20 minutes (no traffic) from downtown 6th. St. Austin. Really amazing !!"

"Great tree lined streets, low crime. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with neighbors who actually call you instead of the pound if your dog gets out. No two homes are alike, all custom."

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to love Thoa school. But bullying has gotten out of hand. My son was being verbally bullied. Yes, he threw the kids food out of his hands because he was being really disrespectful. So the kids punches my child twice in the face. They blame my kid. Don't hold the other child accountable. And thats it. Nada. No accountability, no discipline. Im ok with that. We will be transferring schools next year. This school has lost its class and has turned trashy with the people. And their teachers flip a lot. Or they never have enough in one grade so one teacher is struggling. Don't do it. There's pond springs and jollyville right down the street.Parent Review2w ago13 Reviews
