    "Easy commute to Austin. With toll it takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Austin. HEB , Cat Hollow pool / Park and Brushy Creek amenity center is an easy walk. Both Elementary and middle schools are an easy walking distance too. Very pedestrian friendly neighborhood with trails."

    "Brushy Creek Mud has a few festivals a year. Usually live music, bounce houses and food vendors. The Hairy Man festival is held in October and the give away door prizes."
