Heritage Hills

I went to Hart from kinder to 5th grade, I’m now 23 and graduated from University. I think about my experiences at this school so often, I believe it really helped me in ways I can’t explain. Three of my older brothers also attended Hart and will vouch for their staff. I loved going to school when I attended Hart, my experience at this school made me fall in love with school and with academia. I am so thankful for my experiences here and wish I could go back often.

My daughter didn't speak a word of Spanish before going to kindergarten here. Although I've been learning Spanish off and on for ~6 years, after only 4 months her Spanish was much better than mine. When we speak Spanish to each other (which is super fun because mom & little brother have no idea what we're saying), she's constantly correcting my pronunciations. This school is a serious commitment - my daughter gets on the bus at 6:30am and comes home at 5pm (They do feed her breakfast and lunch). But that hard work pays off. She's still in kindergarten, but reading and writing (in both English and Spanish) really well. She can count to 100, count by 2s, 5s, 10s (in both languages). They give her homework every night, above and beyond the long school day. I'm super impressed with this school. I think part of the reason why her Spanish is so good is because about half of her class is native Spanish speakers. For her, recesses is in Spanish too :-).
