"beautiful house with shady hoa. there are multiple break ins that havent been reported. police juat refused to take reports i have over 30k srolen in cash and property. shady hoa members stalks residents ans runs some out 99% sure they participate in breaking i to the homes caught their kids ans members on ring door bell multiple times attempting entry prior to knowing who they were. many familys move in love it ans that are quick to move out a year later. I know at least three residents that were robbed multiple times and run out of the “community” hoa applies rules to some home owners but not themselves if you're a target your cars will be silently ticketed and towed."

"For the most part the dog owner will like the area. Most of the time it’s cleaned of dog poop but some owners don’t pick up after their dogs. Many of parks near by and most dogs are on leases. "

"This location is amazing! One mile to the gorgeous pristine beaches, walking distance to coastland center, Publix shopping center, down town Naples, boat ramps, fleisxhman park, tha naples zoo, baker park, and the list goes on and on. The people who live here are a great combination of responsible home owners and laid back fun. "

"none. the area is poorly lighted and very desolate at night.with a large amount u nt of illegal activities. very dark and illegal activity infested, not a family oriented environment for a someone to raise young children and there is very limited if at all properly maintained park space for recreational activities. will not recommend this area for anyone with small children who are not familiar with the area and it's dangers."
