"We do not have any community events in my neighborhood. The area we will is in very convenient however. It is very centralized location and close to anything you could ever want. It is a good spot also between Dallas and Fort Worth. There is an abundance of activity to keep you entertained daily."

"Older neighborhood with nice neighbors and mostly kept up but too many vehicles in the driveways and on the streets and houses are very close together. Makes it look cluttered. Mostly quiet and nice people. Right down the street from Bowie HS. Kids are able to run and play in the neighborhood."

"We’ve lived here for 5years. Pearcy Elementary School is the main reason why we prefer this neighborhood. It’s best elementary school in all of Arlington and the only school with STEM program. "

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school and district is awful I had to transfer my son into another district after the awful discrimination he received as a child with special needs. The principal acts as if he will help but he allows it as it continues. Also your special needs child won’t be included in anything the school has for other children.Parent Review3mo ago - Martha Reid Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have lived in south Arlington for over 20 years and my kids attended DP Morris Elementary and I was extremely impressed with the Teachers and Staff and the care given to the students, however I currently have a student at Janet Brockett and I am extremely disappointed in the Teachers and the staff at this school. They seem to care more about fundraiser and events than teaching their students or student health. This is from the top down. Please do better for our students.Parent Review1y ago - Williams Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWith two children enrolled, one of whom has dyslexia and had to do speech therapy as well, I can tell you that the time and effort spent on each individual student to help them succeed is superior at Fitzgerald. Teachers from pre-k to 6th grade are phenomenal, and the communication and support they give meets parents far more than just halfway. We couldn't recommend Fitzgerald more.Parent Review4mo ago
