I had a very disappointing experience at this daycare. The staff were not friendly and came off as rude when I tried to ask questions or share concerns. I also didn’t feel confident about how the kids were being looked after—there seemed to be a lack of proper attention and care. For the price they charge, I expected much better communication and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare based on what I experienced.

Current state of the school is going downhill. Don’t send your kids here if you want them to have a variety of activities to do. The only sports team they now have is soccer. The administration is not receptive when kids are experiencing bullying in the classroom. This school is way too expensive for the astounding lack of resources they offer. You’re better off sending your child elsewhere.

I have been very frustrated by just trying to make contact with this school. Close to a year ago I reached out to the Admissions department to learn more. I never heard back. I recently tried to make contact again ... two voicemails and an email. It took the school 15 days to follow-up only to schedule a phone meeting they never followed through on. As Admissions you are a prospective' s first point of contact with a school and based on my experience with Providence Country Day School I don't care how great of a place you MIGHT be, you lost my business!

West Bay Christian Academy is an extremely rigorous school academically. The workload is intense in quantity and is challenging for all levels. It prepares students well for high school.The culture of the school is toxic and stifling, however. The atmosphere of inerrancy in its conservative Evangelical religious and moral teachings shuts down any room for debate or questioning. As a young gay man coming to terms with my identity while attending WBCA, the virulently homophobic teachings left me feeling isolated and ashamed. The fear of my secret being exposed and the punishments and loss of friendships that could arise from this caused me to internalize my struggle and not confide in anyone about it. Parents must understand that if their children are LGBTQ+, there are no support systems in place at WBCA or most other religious schools. My experiences at WBCA have inflicted long-lasting psychological damage, have hindered my personal development, and have weakened my faith.

What a beautiful school! I have been so happy with the care and attention my children get her at the Stork's Nest. The director is always on top of things and I find her very approachable and genuine. It has been difficult choosing to go back to daycare with Covid but they are so careful and follow so many strict protocols. They have made this transition so smooth and I am truly grateful for all they do.
