"Great place to live. The community is great for families. I love the community feel the ymca is just down the street. "

"Not to much to say I’m sure ratings speak for themselves. They calm its a nice place it’s getting better but once it gone it takes a lot to make it understood. Too many bars close by and too many people standing around when it closes. Drunk people make dumb decisions "

"Sidewalks aren’t maintained well throughout the year. Grassy areas that below to the city are hardly ever cut or maintained. The dogs would love the hills though."

"The neighborhood is friendly and family oriented. I moved here Dec 22,2018. I love my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome. The only thing I dislike is there are people under me and beside me."

"My neighborhood has great access to commute and if you work downtown and want to walk to work it’s an easy 20-30 min walk. "
