"Not bright streetlights. Kinda dirty sidewalks. Besides that, I’ve only met nice people here. Neighbors are nice, not disruptive. "

"I've lived here for 6 months, not bad, good mix of old and young people. this is a semi quiet neighborhood, great to walk to a convenience store, or to go to an event. the busses run very frequently, and despite the young crowd it's typically quiet at night. "
