"I love this neighborhood it will always have a special place in my heart. It hardly feels like I’m in the city when I walk around the neighborhood. Yet I’m not far from major areas I want to be for a night/day out. "

"I spend an average of $7 a week on transportation since moving here. You can actually walk anywhere you need to go. And it’s near literally a dozen different bus routes so everyone u know can easily get to your place."

"It is quiet and residential place. Many students reside here but yet it's calm n no noise. Oakland , downtown are at reasonable distance. Access to Public transportation is best characteristic. it's good experience n there was no sign of any unpleasant experience. "
