    "As long as you have a backyard having a dog isn’t bad. The neighborhood is typically quiet and people don’t really bug each other. It’s a normal city neighborhood. "

    "This neighborhood may have been bad in the past, but in the seven years that I have lived here the only trouble I've heard of has been on the main street several blocks from my house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, people generally keep to themselves. Neighborhood kids play around sometimes but that's the same anywhere. Definitely not nearly as bad as people make it out to be."
