    "We do not feel comfortable having our daughter outside in this neighborhood. There is an abandoned house right across from us that has squatters that harass us for cigarettes almost every day. The previous tenants of our home had one of there cars stolen. It is also a disappointment that there really aren’t any public spaces that feel safe to take you child."

    "As safe as any place in the city. Have never had attempted break in in 15 years. Lots of restaurants at top and bottom. New hotel and condos at old Edge site will bring more. Hills make walking a challenge for some. Superb views if you can live along the slope. San Francisco with seasons."
