"I live in this neighborhood and it is a great place to live. Great parks, and very pet friendly. Park has an off-leash area for dogs. Very high community involvement with local government. If you look at the crime in the neighborhood it is all related to the retail businesses, not residential. Very safe. I walk my dog at midnight with no fear. There are a lot of social services in the area but they do not have the negative impact that suburbanites fear. Yes, we are close to the sports venues but we are also close (waking distance) to Carnegie Science Center, Mattress Museum, National Aviary, Children's Museum, Sarah Heinz Boys and Girls Club and Downtown. I can't address schools but all the children in my neighborhood seem above average in intelligence."

"This tree lined street was part of the area once known as "Millionaire's Row" - once one of the richest blocks in America. And it shows in the amazing architecture. The area is historic, features beautiful tree lined quiet streets and many amenities. 3 blocks from the (free) subway to downtown"
