Landis Valley

Neff Elementary is a wonderful school, with highly skilled and caring teachers. I have two children who attend Neff and we have had nothing but positive experiences with General Education and the Special Services we receive. My daughter wrote this review of her school to add to these comments...Neff is a great school. There is an ice cream day on Tuesday! There are all different kinds of ice cream. ALL OF THE TEACHERS ARE SO NICE! They teach you great things! We have celebrations for being really really good! They give you great lessons! Recess has toys you can play with! It is actually really really fun! School is so fun! GOODBYE!

This a great school with wonderful teachers! Both of my girls went here and both were sad when they had to leave. Not sure why the great schools rating is so low.

Went here as a kid in the spanish immersion program. Was bullied relentlessly in 2nd grade. My teacher not only claimed that she noticed and didn't do anything, but that she wasn't planning on doing anything about it. My family pulled me from the school, and my mother quit her job so that she could homeschool me for the rest of the year before placing me in a different school. I'm still traumatized from that time.

Very disconnected school. Staff and school administrators. Bullying is AWFUL and not taken seriously. There are some great teachers but the lack of control or action on the bullies and poor behavior creates an ineffective learning environment. LANDIS RUN has become the problem child of the district and has caused lasting harm and detrimental effects on students at this vulnerable age. Other parents have taken their children out due to bullying and toxic learning environment. Its unfortunate, as the other schools in the district are wonderful.
