Great school, but teachers get caught uo on trivial matters and don't see the forest for the trees. Over emphasis on meaningless projects that all the parents do anyway. They are also very favorable to certain 'favored' families while often neglecting others who are just as hardworking but not brown nosers.

My experience as a parent was deeply negative. My 4-year-old child was subjected to intimidating treatment and inappropriate handling of a classroom situation, which caused serious emotional distress.The behavior of the staff—specifically the Pre-K assistant—was rude and disrespectful, making inappropriate comments and suggestions in front of other children. This is completely unacceptable in early childhood education.After the incident, I did not receive clear communication or concrete measures from the administration. My child developed fear and refused to return to school, which led me to withdraw him to protect his emotional well-being.I do not recommend this school to families who prioritize emotional safety, respectful treatment, and proper care for young children.

Immanuel Christian School was a God-send for our family. Our grandson came to us after losing both of his parents. I always knew that he had a heart for God and wanted to transfer from a public school to a Christian school. The decision that we made to send him to ICS, was one of the best decisions that we have ever made. We love this school. His 5th grade teacher, Mr. Boehret is the best of the best. My grandson has been growing academically and spiritually. His teacher is always there for him. He is there to comfort, guide, support, encourage and challenge him. He has a great sense of humor as well. I cannot say enough good things about Immanuel Christian School except we highly recommend this school to all parents who want to see their children build character, flourish and receive an excellent education with spiritual guidance.
