My 4-year-old child was subjected to intimidating treatment and inappropriate handling of a classroom situation, which caused serious emotional distress.The behavior of the staff—specifically the Pre-K assistant—was rude and disrespectful, making inappropriate comments and suggestions in front of other children. This is completely unacceptable in early childhood education.After the incident, I did not receive clear communication or concrete measures from the administration.
