7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy granddaughter goes to this school and I myself work at another school district but I am so glad that she attends this elementary school. I was so impressed with her teacher this year. She has excelled leaps and bounds in this school. The principal has addressed immediately any problems that have taken place and they really do have and follow up on a no-bullying outlook at the school. The teachers seem to be there not just for a job but care and enjoy their jobs and wanting the children to learn. I am so glad she attends this school and have seen nothing but positive things demonstrated from the teachers and principal which makes it a positive for the kids to attend. And the kids therefore enjoy going and enjoy comradery with each other.Parent Review10y ago3 Reviews - Harrisburg Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExtremely unprofessional and rude. If you are looking for a school with Christian values for your children, this isn’t it. Invest in your children elsewhere.Parent Review2mo ago20 Reviews - Yellow Breeches Educational Center

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA horrendous, ever-changing ruleset that might as well be famous for needlessly putting the ban on words they don't like. For example, in the middle school section of last year, the 6-7 meme, along with many other currently trending things, were banned for quite a while, even if it had no effect on the students' learning. My classmate typed 67 on the keyboard and was consequently sent to IP/detention room. I was a little appalled there. The teachers make the majority of their own rules in their own classroom, so it can be quite hard to follow what is and isn't allowed in the next. Communication also seems poor. There is very vague or little to no reminders on their behavior, and often points are deducted without warning. This puts kids on notice or other punishments easily. You can have your points deducted by not paying attention, which is a struggle for many students with ADHD and the like. The teachers rarely want to work at your own pace, and will turn a blind eye to you so long as you stay quiet. This, in particular, is good and bad.Student Review4mo ago9 Reviews
