Memphord Estates

Dillsburg Elementary. The only downside to being in a small town is when a "prominent" name has a child attending this school who is pushing other children, the parents are not kept in contact with what is going on. Not even sure if anything is being done about it concerning this particular child. I have one child cyber schooled because the middle school let my child down, I don't want to do the same with my youngest. His grades are coming down because of this problem.
