We moved into this district 2 years ago and so far I am pleased with the school. It's a beautiful, secured building in a safe location. Both of my children have not experienced any bullying. Both of my children did struggle a bit at first catching up because this school district was teaching ahead of where my children were in terms of math and science. (We came from a small, private school in WI.) We recognize this school's efforts through the pandemic. The only place for improvement is their bus system that always seems to be changing. Hopefully, this will be alleviated in the future.

Coming new into the district I have been AMAZED at the quality of education my children have received. The teachers are engaged and actively communicate with the families on a regular basis. Administration is present and the level of community support the district provides to the families is outstanding. There are so many extra curricular events and fun opportunities inside the school that I haven’t witnessed before. They even have a therapy dog for extra emotional support. Can’t say enough positive things about Highland Elementary!
