    "Anywhere you live you want to practice safety and teach your children. It's also to know your neighbors. I found out that many people I know live nearby in 5 points. The West Toledo Library has a lot to offer. Sylvania Area Neighbors do as well. If you look for the good you will find it."

    "a good neighborhood 90% of the time, the only real issue is the young teenagers and pre teens not having any guidance in life, so they act foolish sometimes. but all the neighbors keep up on their homes and it seems contagious! almost like friendly competition! which is a really good thing!"
