"They would not like the dog owners that don't care for their dogs very well. But they could enjoy a nice walk on a spring or summer day, with their dog, and not be bothered by anyone other than neighborly hello."

"My neighborhood has great access to public transportation and the main freeways. They are well lit and well maintained areas. If I had to use public transportation there is a bus stop right at the corner of my street. The freeways are located right around the corner from my home and it makes it easy to get to and from my destinations. "

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son started the school in first grade during the 2013-14 school year and I was not as active in his class due to my work schedule. His first grade teacher did everything she could to meet with me about his behavior issues disrupting the class and within a few weeks, things were fine. He didn't learn as much as I had hoped, but again, I also was not an engaged parent at that time. This school year 2014-15 brings a new principal to the school who has experience teaching elementary and high school. She has proved to be approachable and sensitive to the needs of the students and parents of the school. My son's second grade teacher is doing his best to establish the routine and set the tone for the year within the first two weeks of school. We've had a conference already regarding the quality of work he expects and what my son should do to improve in weaker areas. I'm a very satisfied parent now that I have a different work schedule to be more engaged with what is going on in my child's learning. We had a chance to go to another school but my son insisted on coming back!Parent Review11y ago7 Reviews - Charles A Mooney School
