    "It has fabulous potential but isn’t exactly safe at this time. Be careful. Schools in the area are okay for elementary but get tougher as the grades progress. "

    "we need more street lights and the property would be more valuable with cherry trees lining the streets around the UPS building and all those empty houses on kazimier need to be torn down put gardens up across from ups sell land is sinking in to many empty fields put up new homes selling for 65k bring property value up no section 8 only owner they have to live there for 15 yrs no rentals "
